Deze aanbestedingsleidraad betreft de Europese openbare aanbesteding voor de levering van inkoopondersteuning op basis van resultaat- of inspanningsverplichting voor Waterschap Rijn en IJssel, hierna te noemen de aanbestedende dienst, met zaaknummer 221018. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is een overeenkomst te sluiten met 3 partijen die in staat zijn het gevraagde te leveren c.q. uit te voeren. Aanbestedende dienst gunt de opdracht aan de inschrijver met de beste prijs kwaliteit verhouding, behoudens beëindiging van deze aanbesteding vóór gunning.
