Description
De toetreding tot de Open House Overeenkomst is tot nader order opgeschort. Voor reeds gecontracteerde jeugdhulpaanbieders betekent het dat het niet meer mogelijk is het productaanbod te verbreden en voor niet gecontracteerde jeugdhulpaanbieders geldt dat een toetreding niet mogelijk is. De mogelijkheid bestaat om een uitzondering te maken om deze opschorting geheel of gedeeltelijk op te heffen. Deze uitzondering is alleen mogelijk indien dit noodzakelijk blijkt voor zorgcontinuïteit en/of een dekkend zorglandschap. De RIGG heeft besloten om de opschorting voor enkele producten tijdelijk op te heffen en enkele nieuwe producten toe te voegen.
