Description
Het voorwerp van de aanbestedingsprocedure is een Opdracht in de vorm van een Overheidsopdracht voor het leveren van een Afvalmanagement en inwonerscommunicatie oplossing. De Opdracht voor een Afvalmanagement en inwonerscommunicatie oplossing zal worden verleend voor een maximale duur van tien (10) jaar en acht (8) maanden. De opbouw van de Overeenkomst bestaat uit een initiële opdracht van vier (4) jaar en acht (8) maanden, waarbij de eerste acht (8) maanden als de implementatieperiode geldt, gevolgd door vier (4) contractjaren en hierna de optie van drie (3) x twee (2) jaar verlenging, tezamen maximaal tien (10) jaar en acht (8) maanden. De Overeenkomst gaat naar verwachting in op 1 april 2026 (implementatie) waarna de officiële livegang is gepland op 1 december 2026. De maximale looptijd inclusief verlengingen is tot 1 december 2036 Op basis van de gewenste looptijd van 10 jaar vanaf livegang zal het totale voorzienbare inkoopvolume circa € 1.400.000 bedragen exclusief BTW. Dit is inclusief de implementatiefase van 8 maanden.
