De Opdracht betreft het beschikbaar stellen en het verlonen van door Opdrachtnemer geworven Flexibele Arbeidskrachten, ten behoeve van de dienstverlening van Opdrachtgever. Opdrachtgever bedoelt met Flexibele Arbeidskrachten het personeel dat wordt ingehuurd wanneer de reguliere capaciteit en bezetting onvoldoende blijken te zijn (zoals langdurige ziektevervanging, capaciteit voor ondersteuning op projecten en/of om opvang bij piekbelastingen).
