Description
Het op afroep snel voorzien in uitzendkrachten en gedetacheerden als flexibele arbeidskrachten voor alle locaties van het Koning Willem I College waar het gaat over de (korte) vervanging van medewerkers. De kosten voor de flexibele inhuur van onderwijzend personeel en ondersteunend en beheerspersoneel bedroegen in 2022 circa € 7.500.000,- exclusief btw. In 2023 is er tot april € 2.800.000,- exclusief btw uitgegeven aan flexibele inhuur van onderwijzend personeel en ondersteunend en beheerspersoneel. Er is geen precieze onderlinge verdeling beschikbaar. Er zijn verschillende in – en externe ontwikkelingen waardoor de voorspelling voor de omvang naar de toekomst toe moeilijk is in te schatten. Vanwege de fusie tussen het Koning Willem I College en de Leijgraaf zijn er geen representatieve cijfers beschikbaar. Door de stijgende krapte op de arbeidsmarkt voorspelt het Koning Willem I College in de toekomst genoodzaakt te zijn vaker terug te vallen op flexibele inhuur. Daarnaast verwacht het Koning Willem I College stijgende flexibilisering van het onderwijs, waardoor kortdurende inhuur vaker nodig is.
