Description
De opdracht omvat de levering/inzet van juridisch personeel vanaf schaal 10 voor de dossiers, vragen en taken waarin de Gemeente niet met haar eigen juridisch personeel in kan voorzien, bijvoorbeeld door piekbelasting, (langdurig) verzuim/ afwezigheid eigen personeel en gebrek aan specifieke expertise. De externe inzet kan zowel onder leiding en toezicht te verrichten (inspanningsgericht) als zelfstandig te verrichten werkzaamheden (resultaatgericht) omvatten. Onderhavige opdracht wordt opgedeeld in de volgende drie percelen: (i) omgevingsrecht, (ii) bestuursrecht algemeen en (iii) privaat- en aanbestedingsrecht.
