De scope omvat IPM-rollen die worden ingezet bij de projecten van de directie B&U. Het omvat de vijf hoofdrollen van het IPM-model inclusief nauw gerelateerde ondersteunende functies. Het zijn rollen die benodigd zijn in de projectteamstructuur voor de dagelijkse aansturing en beheersing van contracten. De scope voor deze aanbesteding omvat de volgende hoofd- en ondersteunende rollen: • Projectmanager • Manager Projectbeheersing • Omgevingsmanager • Technisch manager • Contractmanager • Toets coördinator • Contractadviseur • Risicomanager • Planner De geraamde waarde bedraagt € 4.500.000,- tot € 7.000.000 per contractjaar.
