Description
De RDW heeft behoefte aan een raamovereenkomst met drie verschillende leveranciers voor tijdelijke vergroting van de capaciteit op het gebied van inkoop en contractmanagement. De raamovereenkomst moet de RDW in staat stellen om op via detachering inkopers en contractmanagers af te roepen. Het kan gaan om inkopers en contractmanagers die vanuit de afdeling inkoop acteren of die bij de betreffende lijnafdeling zijn gepositioneerd. De keuze voor de positionering bepaalt ook wie de directe leidinggevende zal zijn. Dit zal via een nadere opdrachtverstrekking worden geformaliseerd. Ondanks het verschil in opdrachtgeverschap werken de inkopers op een gelijksoortige manier en is er afstemming m.b.t. de te volgen procedures. De huidige overeenkomsten lopen in juni 2024 af.
