De dienstverlening betreft het op inhuurbasis ter beschikking stellen van ICT-Professionals aan onderdelen van het Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid en organisaties met grote raakvlakken met het Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid, waarbij medewerkers werkzaamheden of prestaties verrichten ten behoeve van bovengenoemde ministeries/organisaties zonder dat er een arbeidsovereenkomst door welke oorzaak dan ook tussen de medewerker en Opdrachtgever tot stand komt. De totale geraamde opdrachtwaarde is € 490.000.000,00 euro exclusief btw. De maximale totale opdrachtwaarde (totaal van álle opdrachten binnen de beoogde raamovereenkomsten) is € 588.000.000,00 euro exclusief btw.
