1) Het aan Skal Biocontrole tijdelijk ter beschikking stellen van ICT Professionals op inhuurbasis voor alle in relatie tot deze aanbesteding geïdentificeerde kwaliteitsprofielen. Dit zonder dat van rechtswege een arbeidsovereenkomst tussen een ICT Professional en Skal Biocontrole tot stand komt als gevolg van een Nadere Overeenkomst.
