De aanbesteding betreft alle financiële profielen voor inhuur die gekenmerkt worden als specialistisch tot en met schaal 12. Deze doelgroep kenmerkt zich door de eis dat de inhuurkracht moet beschikken over een specifieke kennis en vaardigheden en voor sommige profielen ook over specifieke opleiding(en). Opdrachtgever is op zoek naar partijen die gespecialiseerd zijn in het leveren van deze Financiële specialisten.
