Description
De Aanbestedende dienst en de Opdrachtgever, het ministerie van Algemene Zaken, meer in het bijzonder de Dienst Publiek en Communicatie (hierna: DPC), wil raamovereenkomsten afsluiten voor de inhuur van communicatieprofessionals, (web)redactieprofessionals en woordvoerders. De Opdracht is op logische en proportionele wijze opgedeeld in drie percelen, op basis van het type dienstverlening. Het gaat om de volgende percelen: 1) perceel 1: Communicatieprofessionals; 2) perceel 2: (Web)redactieprofessionals; 3) perceel 3: Woordvoerders en persvoorlichters. Per perceel zal een raamovereenkomst (hierna ook: Overeenkomst) afgesloten worden op het gebied van de inhuur van communicatiecapaciteit. De intentie is dat de Overeenkomsten voor perceel 1 -Communicatieprofessionals, en perceel 2 - (Web)redactieprofessionals, op 9 februari 2026 in gaan. De Overeenkomst voor perceel 3 - Woordvoerders en persvoorlichters gaat naar verwachting in op 1 oktober 2026. Maximale opdrachtwaarde over vier jaar (exclusief btw): Perceel 1 – Communicatieprofessionals: € 396.000.000,-; Perceel 2 – (Web)Redactieprofessionals: € 79.200.000,-; Perceel 3 – Woordvoerders en persvoorlichters: € 13.050.000,-.
