Description
De opdracht betreft het verrichten van ingenieursdiensten voor de voorbereiding van het project Groot Onderhoud Benning in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. De scope van de opdracht omvat veldonderzoek, ontwerp, participatie, contractvoorbereiding en aanbestedingsbegeleiding met als uiteindelijk doel het opstellen van een volledig en aanbestedingsgereed contractdossier (RAW-bestek) voor een toekomstige uitvoeringsopdracht. In de gewenste situatie is de wijk Benning toekomstbestendig ingericht met een nieuw zwevend rioolstelsel, opgehoogd maaiveld en aandacht voor klimaatadaptatie. Directievoering en toezicht tijdens de uitvoering vallen buiten deze opdracht. Zie vraagspecificatie.
