Vállalkozási keretszerződés a Budapest Főváros XIII. Kerületi Önkormányzat tulajdonában álló intézmények, szolgáltató létesítmények, lakóépületek karbantartási, felújítási, bővítési, bontási, továbbá energetikai korszerűsítési munkáira.

- Quality — Jótállás az elvégzett munkákra és beépített anyagokra (min. 24 hónap, max. 48 hónap)
- Quality — Az M.2.a) alkalmassági feltétel teljesítéséhez megjelölt szakember meglévő épület felújításában szerzett többlet szakmai tapasztalatának időtartama (min. 0 hónap, max. 36 hónap)
