Description
Provision of organisational and technical support to events and media activities organised by the European Commission Representation in Slovakia Provision of a whole range of services related to the organisation of public events on behalf of the EC Representation in Slovakia. For the purposes of this contract, an event is an occasion attended by several participants, within a venue or outside a venue with a set programme. Other services can be associated, such as promotion, hosting, catering, web-streaming, etc. New framework contract would provide also for organisation of media related activities for the EC Representation in Slovakia. The estimate is based on the last three years consumption.
