Description
Das Amt für Informatik (AFI) ist das Kompetenzzentrum für die IT-Grundinfrastruktur, für den Betrieb kantonsübergreifender Anwendungen sowie für die Digitalisierung im Kanton Zürich. Die Abteilung Applikationsmanagement entwickelt, implementiert, betreibt und supportet benutzerfreundliche, sichere und zukunftsweisende Applikationen. Für die Abbildung der Geschäftsprozesse in den Bereichen Finanzen, Logistik, Immobilien, Personal, Patientenadministration u.a. steht eine moderne SAP und SAP-nahe Systemlandschaft zur Verfügung. Im Rahmen der digitalen Transformation sind mehrere Projekte lanciert, um zukunftsweisende Lösungen zu etablieren, wie z.B. SAP Work Zone, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Social Protection. Um die stetige Optimierung und funktionale Erweiterung von Applikationen angesichts der User Experience und Effizienz zu erhöhen, greift die Abteilung Applikationsmanagement zur Unterstützung der eigenen Ressourcen im SAP-Umfeld auf externes und qualifiziertes SAP-Fachpersonal gemäss öffentlicher Ausschreibung vom 2019 zurück. Das Amt für Informatik hat damals mit insgesamt 24 verschiedenen Unternehmen Rahmenverträge als Grundlage für den konkreten Leistungsbezug abgeschlossen …
