Description
Indkøb af massespektrometer. Uddybende beskrivelse: The procurement concerns an UHPLC-MS/MS system, consisting of an Orbitrap Exploris 120 mass spectrometer, a Vanquish Flex HPLC, a Windows 10 computer system and software, including XCalibur, TRACEFINDER 5.2 SP2 and library access, AcquireX and systems needed for automated sample analysis and targeted MS and MS/MS data analysis (all integrated). The UHPLC-system consists of a fast-scanning orbi-trap MS/MS, which is able to deliver a mass accuracy of > 120.000 FWHM at m/z 200, thereby providing capability for state-of-the-art MS for metabolomics as well as MS/MS analyses and advanced data analysis for compound identification. The HPLC includes a binary pump, an autosampler with four 96-well rack positions, and a heated column compartment.
