Description
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a new contract for IN services for routing calls to the police service telephone 02800 (hereafter called 02800) and a national contact number for relatives 815 02 800, hereafter called the national contact number for relatives. 815 02 801 can be used in the event of several simultaneous serious incidents. The procurement shall ensure that the public shall be able to communicate quickly and efficiently with the police, both daily and when serious crises or incidents occur.
