Description
In scope van de opdracht valt de volgende Prestatie: Product(en): • Programmatuur in de vorm van Licenties voor een In-line logprocessor met de gevraagde capaciteit (zie de tabel in paragraaf 2.4), indien mogelijk op basis van een enterprise licentie; Diensten: • Onderhoud en Support gedurende de looptijd van de Overeenkomst; • Consultancy bij Implementatie, Configuratie en eerste gebruik (zie voor indicatie aantal dagen per jaar de tabel in paragraaf 2.4); • incidenteel Consultancy bij het verdere gebruik (zie voor indicatie aantal dagen per jaar de tabel in paragraaf 2.4); • kennisoverdracht, als onderdeel van de Consultancy, in de vorm van training on the job of opleiding voor Gebruikers (naar schatting 3 dagen) en administrators (naar schatting 5 dagen). In paragraaf 2.5 van het Beschrijvend document is een groeiscenario voor de looptijd van de Overeenkomst opgenomen.
