Description
Kymen Vesi (myöhemmin myös ”Tilaaja” tai ”hankintayksikkö”) pyytää tarjouksia imu- ja yhdistelmäautopalveluista sekä viemäreiden TV-kuvauspalveluista (myöhemmin ”palvelu” tai ”palvelut”. Valittu Palveluntuottaja vastaa palveluista, työtehtävään asetetusta kalustosta varusteineen sekä kuljettajista ja kuljettajien ammattitaidosta. Tilaaja ei sitoudu mihinkään ennalta arvioituihin tilausmääriin. Palveluita hankitaan vain Tilaajan tarpeen mukaan. Sopimus ei muodosta Palveluntuottajalle yksinoikeutta tuottaa sopimuksen mukaisia palveluita. Ks. tarkemmin hankinta-asiakirjat. Tilaaja valitsee yhden (1) tarjoajan, jonka kanssa Tilaaja tekee sopimuksen.
