NVAO zal ten behoeve van deze aanbesteding, in opdracht van het Ministerie van OCW, als penvoerder en contractant optreden namens CDHO. De CDHO beoogt met deze aanbesteding te komen tot een dienstverleningsovereenkomst met één Leverancier en een wachtkamerovereenkomst met één Leverancier aangaande de outsourcing van de dienstverlening van de implementatie, ontwikkeling en beheer van Microsoft Dynamics 365 800.000 EUR
