Description

Business Finland Oy (hereinafter "Business Finland") requests your tender for the Impact Assessment Services in accordance with this request for Call for Tenders and its appendices. The object of the procurement is described in Annex 1.0 Procurement Description. The goal of procurement is to procure evaluation services for Business Finland Oy and Innovation Funding Agency Business Finland for four (4) years. The contract is a framework agreement, which will involve selecting multiple service providers. The service providers are required to plan and conduct evaluations and analyses related to Business Finland's customers across different service areas. In addition, the service provider must have a comprehensive understanding of Finland's innovation and operational environment, internationalization, and organizational-level impact management, impact model development, and the ability to assess future scenarios from an evaluation perspective.
