Helse Fonna HF intends to enter into a procurement contract for an immunohistochemical analysing instrument with consumables with Agilent DGG Norge AS for Haugesund Hospital. Background information: The contracting authority, Helse Fonna HF, intends to make a direct procurement of a Immunhisto colour instrument from Agilent DGG Norge AS based on the following reason: The contracting authority ́s opinion is that Agilent AS is the only actor on the market who can deliver immunhisto colour instruments with the necessary capacity. In order to fulfil the requirements for patient safety and response time for all types of packaging. The unalterable minimum requirements for this procurement are as follows: 160 glass per day. 60 simultaneous/overlapping independent immunohistochemical colourings Capacity reagents: 60 Contracts will be signed without a prior competition notice as there are no other suppliers who can fulfil the requirements of the world market.
