Die IHK für Oberfranken Bayreuth plant den Rückbau des Hauses B des bestehenden IHK-Bildungszentrums sowie des Kammersaals. Für den Ersatzneubau auf dem IHK-Campus müssen zu diesem Zweck die Leistungen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung nach Teil 4, Abschn. 2 HOAI 2021, ALG 4,5 und 6, LPH. 1-9 vergeben werden.
