Ukoliko tehničke specifikacije svojom uputom propisuju korištenje, odnosno postupanje sukladno određenoj normi ili propisu, Naručitelj će prihvatiti jednakovrijednu zamjenjujuću normu ili propis. Sukladnost s nacionalnim, europskim i međunarodnim normama će se provjeravati u fazi izvršenja ugovora.
