Description
Der Wettbewerb wird als europaweiter, offener, zweiphasiger städtebaulicher und landschaftsplanerischer Ideenwettbewerb im kooperativen Verfahren gemäß § 3 RPW 2013 mit Bearbeitungshonorar in Phase II ausgelobt. Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die städtebauliche Planung und Landschafts-/Freiraumplanung für den Entwicklungsbereich Ostfeld mit ca. 450 ha Gesamtfläche. Ziel ist es, den strukturell erhöhten Bedarf an Wohn- und Arbeitsstätten in Wiesbaden zu decken.
