Description
Hankinnan kohteena ICT-palveluiden kokonaisvaltainen tuottaminen. Hankittaviin palveluihin kuuluvat ICT-palveluiden perustamis-, kehitys- ja käyttöönottoprojekti, palveluiden jatkuva tuki ja ylläpito, erilaiset ICT-asiantuntijapalvelut sekä työasema-, puhelin- ja verkkolaitteiden hankinta tai hankinnassa avustaminen. Hankittavaan kokonaisuuteen vaikuttaa merkittävästi Asiakkaan tavoite irtautua DigiHelsinki Oy:n ylläpitämästä Helsingin kaupungin ICT-ympäristöstä vuoden 2025 aikana sekä siirtyminen pilvinatiiviksi organisaatioksi.
