Description
IKT Orkide is an intermunicipal cooperation for the municipalities: Aure, Averøy, Gjemnes, Kristiansund, Rindal, Smøla, Sunndal, Surnadal og Tingvoll. ICT Orkide intends to enter into a contract with Framsikt AS for the delivery of a cloud based system for performance management. ICT Orkide has not found alternative solutions that can cover the needs in the same way that Framsikt.The contract shall include modules that are seen to cover the current and future needs. ICT Orkide intends to enter into an SSA-L agreement with Framsikt AS for the modules analysis, financial plan, annual budget, reporting, municipal plans, ERP integration, business plan, politician, personnel reporting, notification module and integration to Public 360. Some of the modules are offered as options. The estimated value is five years: NOK 19,200,000 -ICT Orkide cannot see other alternatives that cover this need in the current market. If there are other alternatives that cover the requirements of ICT Orkide, feedback is requested by 4 July 2024.
