Deze opdracht heeft betrekking op het contracteren van één Managed Service Provider (MSP) die Nictiz ondersteunt binnen een co-managed beheermodel. De MSP fungeert als strategische en operationele partner van de interne ICT-organisatie en is verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van geïntegreerde ICT-dienstverlening, gericht op stabiliteit, continuïteit, beveiliging en doorontwikkeling van de ICT-omgeving. De samenwerking kenmerkt zich door duidelijke taakverdeling, transparantie, professionele uitvoering en een gezamenlijke focus op kwaliteit, hospitality en gebruikerservaring. €4.000.000,- op basis van een schatting op de huidige situatie.
