Aanbestedende dienst wenst een Opdrachtnemer te contracteren die Aanbestedende dienst ondersteunt bij het optimaliseren van haar IT-infrastructuur, het versterken van de beveiliging en compliance, het verbeteren van cloud- en SaaS-beheer, het waarborgen van bedrijfscontinuïteit, het verbeteren van incidentbeheer, en het bieden van strategisch IT-advies en licentiebeheer. Het uiteindelijke doel is het waarborgen van kostenbesparing, efficiëntie, veiligheid en innovatie in alle IT-diensten, met heldere afspraken over SLA’s, KPI’s en verantwoordelijkheden. 800000
