Description
Die Ausschreibung erfolgt im Namen des OSIV-Pools, der als Kompetenzzentrum der angeschlossenen IV-Stellen die Fachanwendung OSIVnet sowie weitere Informatiklösungen entwickelt, bereitstellt und im Betrieb unterstützt. Der Anspruch des OSIV-Pools ist es, als zentrale Organisation die digitale Transformation innerhalb der angeschlossenen IV-Stellen aktiv zu unterstützen. Die vom OSIV-Pool angebotenen Produkte wer-den von ca. 1500 Anwendern in den IV-Stellen genutzt. Anlass für die vorliegende Ausschreibung ist einerseits das Auslaufen der bestehenden Verträge zur Unterstützung der IT-Dienstleistungen des OSIV-Pools und andererseits ein sich abzeichnender zusätzlicher Ressourcenbedarf für die Realisierung weiterer IT-Projekte. Der zusätzliche Ressourcenbedarf soll zeitnah und schlank abgewickelt werden können, indem der OSIV-Pool gezielt durch externe Unterstützung ergänzt werden kann.
