Description
De aanbesteding is opgebouwd rond drie samenhangende percelen die gezamenlijk de digitale infrastructuur en dienstverlening van het Archief ondersteunen: • Perceel 1 richt zich op het faciliteren van digitale werkplekken voor medewerkers en bezoekers, inclusief servicedesk, Microsoft 365 beheer en multifunctionele apparaten. • Perceel 2 verzorgt de netwerkinfrastructuur op beide locaties van het Archief, inclusief VPN-ondersteuning, segmentatie en connectiviteit voor publieksdiensten en specialistische functies zoals de fotostudio en filmredactie. • Perceel 3 beheert de duurzame opslag en ontsluiting van digitale archiefobjecten, inclusief regie op publieke toegang, performance van ontsluitingssystemen en innovatie via AI-toepassingen. De opdracht beslaat drie percelen.
