De doelstellingen van deze aanbesteding zijn: - Het selecteren en contracteren van één opdrachtnemer voor levering van ICT hardware (bestaande uit werkplekken hardware, servers en mobiele devices) en bijbehorende dienstverlening, passend bij de doelstellingen van HL - Het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één leverancier; - Het vastleggen van heldere afspraken met de gecontracteerde leverancier voor de duur van de raamovereenkomst.
