Description
De overkoepelende functionele scope bestaat uit de kwalitatief hoogwaardige vervanging en aanvulling van hardware die op de scholen in gebruik is voor actueel beschikbare hardware. De nieuwe hardware dient daarbij aan te sluiten op de hardware die al in gebruik is. Het betreft alle hardware die een gebruiker (leerling en medewerker) nodig heeft bij een bureau, zijnde (niet uitputtend): • Laptop • Desktop • Beeldscherm • Toebehoren (muis, toetsenbord, kabels, dockingstations, laadkarren en laadkasten) De looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst is gesteld op 2+1+1 jaar, met een maximale waarde van 1.600.000,- euro excl. btw (zie par. 1.6 en 1.9 van de leidraad).
Award criteria
- Price — Totaalsom prijzenblad.
- Quality — Inschrijver dient een uitwerking te geven van de vraag die wordt gesteld naar aanleiding van een casus (zie leidraad).
- Quality — Inschrijver dient een plan aan te leveren dat toeziet op het concrete proces van behoeftestelling tot uitlevering en nazorg (zie leidraad).
- Quality — Inschrijver dient een plan duurzaamheid aan te leveren dat toeziet op de maatregelen en processen die werkelijk leiden tot een verduurzaming van de (levering van) ICT-Hardware onder dit contract (zie…
