De aanbestedende dienst wenst een totaalleverancier te contracteren die: • Goede inkoopcondities biedt; • Een zo breed mogelijk assortiment (A-) merken levert; • Aan de levering gerelateerde dienstverlening levert; • Voldoet aan de vigerende wet- en regelgeving, tenminste maar niet beperkt tot kwaliteits-, arbo- en milieueisen. 1
