Description
SGM wil een Raamovereenkomst sluiten voor het ICT-beheer en daaraan gerelateerde dienstverlening met één (1) Opdrachtnemer. Van Opdrachtnemer wordt verlangd dat hij toezicht houdt op alle fysieke en virtuele technologie, zoals servers, opslag, netwerken, client hardware, middleware en besturingssystemen die nodig zijn om de ICT-diensten te leveren. Dit omvat alle configuratie items die een medewerker gebruikt om toegang te krijgen tot een dienst of om deze te gebruiken. Ook omvat het de technische IT-infrastructuur die nodig is om een dienst te ontwikkelen, testen, leveren, monitoren, managen en ondersteunen.
