Description
In June 2023, Skien City Council initiated phase 1 engineering design services for the Project Ibsen Library. There are three entities that shall be integrated in the new building: Skien library, the municipality ́s service centre and a new mediation centre for Henrik Ibsen. The building shall contribute to area efficiency, give the possibility for new and better services and at the same time give good and unique experiences. The contracting authority would now like to enter into a contract with a consultant to develop experience design for ibsen library.
