Description
In June 2023, Skien City Council initiated phase 1 engineering design services for the Project Ibsen Library and set the cost framework for the project. The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with a supplier for a partnering contract with target price and incentive for the development and construction of a new building for Ibsen Library.
