Description
Die BWI erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem einzigen Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über den Bezug von IBM z-Systems-Plattform (Mainframe)-HW inkl. Firmware inkl. Wartung, Pflege für die Firmware und Support sowie DL (aktuell 4 Systeme im Einsatz) (Los 1) und einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem einzigen Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über den Bezug von IBM Power-Systems (mit speziellen IBM-Prozessoren/Architektur und AIX-/Linux-Betriebssystemen)-HW inkl. Wartung und Support, SW inkl. Pflege und Support sowie DL (aktuell ca. 60 Systeme im Einsatz) (Los 2), im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens nach § 15 Abs. 1 VgV zu vergeben. Die Rahmenverträge werden jeweils mit einer Laufzeit bis maximal 31.12.2024 abgeschlossen.
