Aangezien de huidige IBM i servers verouderen, wil Aquafin overgaan tot de vervanging van zijn IBM i hardware. Verder in het bestek wordt een meer gedetailleerde omschrijving meegedeeld van de huidige configuratie, samen met een aantal minimale vereisten voor de toekomstige configuratie. De gekozen opdrachtnemer zal de nieuwe installatie ook onderhouden en er ondersteuning voor geven.
