Předmětem zakázky je zajištění následné péče vysázených dřevin v rámci stavby „I/67 Karviná - obchvat“ po dobu 5 let, zahrnující zálivku, ošetření keřů, popínavých rostlin a stromů, ošetřování trávníku kolem stromů a mezi řadami výsadeb a okolo, mulčování a v případě výskytu nežádoucích rostlin (křídlatka, akáty apod.) jejich chemické ošetření a následná likvidace.
