Dostavba stávajícího dvoupruhu sil. I/13 na čtyřpruh včetně druhé poloviny mostu přes trať ČD a dále realizace kompletní MÚK Třebušice v prostoru výsypky a souvisejících úprav, ochrany a přeložek inženýrských sítí. Součástí je rovněž přeložka silnice III/01314, chodníky, rekultivace stávajících komunikací, vegetační úpravy, sanace důlních komor a náhradních mokřad.
