Description
Högskolan avser flytta från nuvarande campusområde till en mer central lokalisering i Kristianstad och söker genom denna upphandling en framtida hyresvärd för uthyrning av nya lokaler för Högskolans samlade verksamhet, ett citycampus. Den antagna framtida hyresvärden ska under en inledande fas 1, i samarbete med Högskolan, ta fram en programhandling. Högskolan har därefter rätt att avropa en fas 2 där den framtida hyresvärden i samråd med Högskolan Kristianstad, utarbetar ett slutligt förslag på utförande av byggnaden/byggnaderna i form av bl.a. en systemhandling. Högskolan har därefter rätt att avropa en fas 3, som utgör produktionsfasen och pågår fram till högskolans inflyttning. Efter färdigställande av Hyresobjektet ingås slutligt hyresavtal och Högskolan Kristianstad tillträder hyresobjektet.
