Cet appel d'offres concerne l'acquisition de 3 types de véhicules en 2 lots, au moyen d'un contrat-cadre pour chacun d'entre eux. La prestation mise en adjudication portent essentiellement sur la planification, la production (notamment l’électrification), la livraison et l'homologation des véhicules, selon le principe d'une structure posée sur des wagons plats existants (Lns). Les wagons plats sont fournis par CFF SA. Les 3 types de véhicules ainsi que ses quantités font partie de cette acquisition: Lot 1: -Plates-formes de travail en hauteur 18m: quantité ferme 6 wagons; option1: 1 à 5 wagons sup; option 2: 1 à 5 wagons sup; option3: 1 à 5 wagons sup. -Plates-formes élévatrices: quantité ferme 4 wagons; option1: 1 à 5 wagons sup; option2: 1 à 5 wagons sup; option3: 1 à 5 wagons sup. Lot 2: -Wagons de montage: pas de quantité ferme, option1: 1 à 5 wagons; option2: 1 à 5 wagons sup; option3: 1 à 5 wagons sup; option4: 1 à 5 wagons sup;
