Upphandlingen avser huvudbesiktningsman (generalkonsulten) ska samordna och genomföra besiktningar enligt ABT06. I uppdraget som huvudbesiktningsman ingår tillsätta en besiktningsgrupp. Projekten avser nybyggnad av förskolorna Tellusgatan och Persiljegatan som utförs som strategisk partnering. Utöver dessa förskolor ingår även fyra optioner.
