Description
De opdracht omvat - Huren van audio-visueel materiaal met onderhoud, vervanging en alle reparaties - Leveren van eventueel bijkomend materiaal - ter beschikking stellen van technisch personeel voor de bediening van de audio-visuele installatie, de toneeluitrusting - voorbereiden van elke productie/pre-productie door contactname met elke organisator zodat het gehuurde materiaal optimaal kan ingezet worden en dat bijkomend materiaal compatibel is. - uitvoeren van aanpassingswerken zodat de te huren audio-visuele installatie kan in werking treden. De huurperiode bedraagt 5 jaar. Leveringsplaats: Evenementenhal De Zoerla, Gevaertlaan 1 te 2260 Westerlo.
