ISLAB tekee suorahankinnan Agilent Technologies Finland Oy:ltä Puijon laboratoriossa sijaitsevien ISLABin omistamien Agilent HPLC-laitteistojen (4 kpl) huoltosopimukselle sopimuskaudelle 1.8.2025–31.7.2028. Kyseistä huoltopalvelua voi toteuttaa ainoastaan Agilent Technologies Oy laitteiden ainoana toimittajana. Vain Agilent Technologies Oy:n kouluttama huoltohenkilöstö pystyy tekemään kyseisten laitteiden huoltotyötä.
