Kotkan kaupunki (hankintayksikkö, tilaaja) pyytää tarjousta hulevesiviemäreiden ritilä- ja kitakaivojen tyhjennyksestä yksikköhintaurakkana tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Sopimus tehdään kolmeksi (3) vuodeksi yhden urakoitsijan kanssa. Rinnakkais- tai vaihtoehtoiset tarjoukset eivät ole sallittuja.
