Description
TenneT, a leading transmission system operator in the Netherlands and Germany, is committed to the energy transition by integrating renewables and modernizing infrastructure. The company is undergoing an organizational split, resulting in two independent operators and requiring separation of shared IT landscapes. With more than 5,000 employees in Germany and continued growth, TenneT faces increasing demands on its HR systems. The current fragmented, outdated HR-IT setup—relying heavily on manual processes and tools like Outlook and Excel—is unsustainable. The organizational split also necessitates new legal and local compliance for Germany. To address these challenges, TenneT Germany is implementing a modern, integrated HR Core System and Payroll System, alongside an HR Service Platform. These systems will communicate in real time and connect with existing solutions, streamlining HR operations and supporting future growth.
