Description
Hankintayksikkö kilpailuttaa HR- ja palkanlaskentajärjestelmän lisäpalveluineen. Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjousta seuraavasta palvelukokonaisuudesta: • Pilvi-/SaaS-pohjainen HR- ja palkanlaskentaohjelmisto lisäpalveluineen Osatarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Vaihtoehtoisia tarjouksia ei hyväksytä, ellei niitä ole tarjouspyynnössä erikseen pyydetty. Kyseisen kokonaisuuden tarkemmat tiedot ja tarjousvaatimukset löytyvät tarjouspyynnön liitteestä 1, jossa on ilmoitettu tarjottavien palveluiden vähimmäis- ja laatuvaatimukset. Konsulttina hankinnassa toimii Learnpoint Oy.
Award criteria
- Quality — Laatupisteet määräytyvät vaatimukset täyttävien tarjoajien keskinäisistä laatueroista. Laadullisesti pisteytettävät kohdat on merkitty liitteessä 1 maksimipistemäärän kera.
- Price — Kokonaistaloudellisuusvertailussa kustannukset huomioidaan tarjoajan hintalomakkeella (liite 2) ilmoittamilla hinnoilla.
